A studio management dashboard I built with AI to run a production team: what each brand earns after costs, who is working on what, and who is on leave.

What we made

I designed it and built it with AI tools. It brings revenue and margins by brand, team utilisation by department, work logs, and leave and comp-off balances into one place instead of a stack of spreadsheets. The version on this site runs on a made-up studio, so you can click through all of it.
